Assembly line

Assembly line is the manufacturing technique that carries the product on a conveyor system past several workstations where workers perform specialized tasks.


Assembly line allows a production line made up of workers who each perform one specific task as the product moves past, toward completion.

Assembly line also, a moving conveyor belt that carries work from one workstation to the next.
