Consolidated financial statement

Consolidated financial statement is a corporate financial statement in which accounts of subsidiaries and the parent are added together to produce a statement which reports the status of the worldwide enterprise as if it were a single corporation. Inter-affiliate obligations are eliminated in consolidated statements.
