Corporate (or brand) Web site is a Web site designed to build customer goodwill, collect customer feedback, and supplement other sales channels rather than sell the company’s products directly, typically offer a rich variety of information and other features in an effort to answer customer questions, build closer customer relationships, and generate excitement about the company or board.
