Cost and Freight (C&F)

Cost and Freight (C&F): The seller/exporter of goods must pay the cost and freight necessary to bring the goods to the named destination but the risk of loss or damage to the goods, as well as of any cost increases, is transferred from the seller to the buyer/importer when the goods pass the ships rail in the port of shipment.
