Debarment

Debarment is an order declaring a contractor ineligible for the award of future contracts or cancellation of current contracts.

Debarment is one of the sanctions that can be imposed on a contractor found to be in violation of Executive Order 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act or Section 4212 of the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act.
