Law of one price

Law of one price— states that if the identical product or service can be sold in two different markets, and no restrictions exist on the sale or transportation costs of moving the product between markets, the product’s price should be the same in both markets.

Law of one price is the principle that if two countries produce an identical good, the price of this good should be the same throughout the world no matter which country produces it.
