Such persons can endorse a service or a product and can affect or influence the consumers ‘choice.  Mostly renowned personalities, players, politicians, film stars market themselves as well as the different products or services. Some examples include Cristiano Ronaldo, the renowned football player endorsing Clear Shampoo and Nike sports shoes; Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, the famous film actress endorsing L’Oreal Shampoo; Salman Khan, the popular film superstar endorsing Pepsi and the like.
