Synergy

Synergy is the notion that a combined firm is worth more than the two firms are individually.

 


Synergy is the “2 + 2 = 5” effect.  The output of a combination of two entities is greater than the sum of their individual outputs.


Synergy which result that occurs when two or more firms join in a business relationship in which the results often exceed what each firm might have accomplished alone.
