Bodily Injury Liability

Bodily Injury Liability is insurance coverage that pays for medical expenses of the other driver and his passengers to the limit of your policy. This coverage may also pay for pain and suffering, lost wages, rehabilitation, legal expenses and funeral expenses.

Bodily injury liability sometimes called PIP (personal injury protection) insurance: motor vehicle insurance that pays court-awarded damages for bodily injury up to the face value of the policy, if the insured person is judged liable for a motor vehicle accident.
