Ergonomics

Ergonomics is the design of the equipment, furniture, machinery or tools used in the workplace that promotes safety, efficiency and productivity and reduces discomfort and fatigue. 


Ergonomics is the study of the interaction between people and their work environment, particularly their relationship to machines and equipment. As well as psychology it draws on anatomy and physiology.


Ergonomics– the study of the relationship between people and their working environment, including machinery, computer systems, etc. In particular, the study of the design and arrangement of equipment so that people will interact with it in a healthy, comfortable and efficient manner.
