Real goals

If you want to know an organization’s real goals- the goals an organization actually pursues-you should observe what organizational members are doing. Actions class sizes, facilitating close student-faculty relationships, and activity involving students in the learning process, but they commonly hold 300+ student lecture classes! Knowing that real and stated goals may differ is important for recognizing what you might otherwise think are inconsistencies.
