Articles of incorporation

Articles of incorporation- Documents forming a legal corporation that are filed with the secretary of state’s office in the state of incorporation. The articles of incorporation typically include the corporations’ name, purpose, authorized number of stock shares, classes of stock, and other conditions of operation.
