Ethical Dilemma
An ethical dilemma is a situation that involves doing something that is beneficial to oneself or the organization, but may be unethical. Most employees confront ethical dilemmas at some point during their careers. Evidence surfacing during the global financial crisis of 2008 and 2009 suggests that a number o individuals working in a variety of firms were experiencing ethical dilemmas.
