Ethnocentrism
Ethnocentrism is the tendency to assume that one’s own culture and way of life represent the norm or are superior to all others.

Ethnocentrism is the tendency to judge other cultures by the standards of one's own culture, often with the feeling that one's own is superior.
Ethnocentrism is the tendency to regard the group one identifies with, especially one's ethnic group, as superior to any other. Like egocentricity in individuals it involves the inability to step outside the perceptual framework of one's own group and see life from the viewpoint of a different group.
