Information literacy is the ability to create and use information systems to achieve a competitive advantage for an organization. Information literacy includes Computer literacy, along with problem-solving skills and business acumen.
Four Characteristics of Information literacy:
- Problem-solving skills.
- Business acumen.
- Understanding the organizational mission.
- Knowledge of information technologies.
