NetBIOS Enhanced User Interface (NetBEUI)
NetBIOS Enhanced User Interface (NetBEUI) is an enhanced set to network and transport protocols that carry NetBIOS information. Built in the late 1980s, when earlier implementations became too limiting for continued use. NetBEUI remains popular on many IBM and Microsoft networks.
