Organizational structure

Organizational Structure Identifies the level of responsibility, authority, management, and scope of control of employees in the organization.

For this kind of tasks managerial decisions are made within the structure of an organization.

There are two types of organizational structure:

  1. Pyramid structure
  2. Task-based Structure
