Strategic Partners

Strategic partners are a source of capital for new ventures which often play a critical role in helping young firms fund their operations and round out their business models.

Biotechnology companies, for example, rely heavily on partners for financial support. Biotech firms which are typically fairly small, often partner with larger drug companies to conduct clinical trials and bring products to market.
