Family leave

Family leave is the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 states that businesses with 50 or more employees must provide unpaid leave up to 12 weeks annually for any employee who wants time off for the birth or adoption of a child, to become a foster parent, or to care for a seriously ill relative, spouse, or self if he or she has a serious health condition or injury.
