Flight deck

Flight deck refers to

1. In certain airplanes, an elevated compartment occupied by the crew for operating the airplane in flight.  

2. The upper deck of an aircraft carrier that serves as a runway.  The deck of an air-capable ship, amphibious aviation assault ship, or aircraft carrier used to launch and recover aircraft.
