Internal strategic systems
Internal strategic systems are a kind of strategic information systems that are used by employees within an organization and designed primarily to enhance internal productivity.
External strategic systems do not have a value-added component. Instead, they focus on issues such as improving the quality of products and services and used at all levels in the organization.
