Mediation/Negotiation

 Mediation or negotiation is a process in which an impartial third party (usually a professional mediator) helps those involved in a dispute reach an agreement. When legal disputes do occur, they can often be settled through negotiation or mediation, rather than more expensive and potentially damaging litigation.
