Ring topology
Ring topology is an arrangement whereby networked computers are arranged in a ring/circular array. The ring network transmits a message to all the nodes between the sending node and the receiving node. Each computer can communicate directly with any other computer on the network by specifying the address of the device; the processing and control functions are distributed among all devices on the network.
