Self-directed teams is a multi-skilled, cross-functional group of employees possessing full empowerment who share responsibilities for producing a particular service or product.


Self-Directed Team is a work team that uses consensus decision making to choose its own team members, solve job-related problems, design its own jobs, and schedule its own break time.
