Turnover costs associated with a separation of employment, including items such as unemployment compensation, COBRA benefits continuation costs, the cost of conducting exit interviews, as well as costs associated with replacing an employee, such as advertising, preemployment testing, time and materials for new hire orientation, training and lost productivity.
