Universal Serial Bus (USB)

A hot-pluggable Plug and Play serial interface that operates at a maximum data transfer rate of 12 Mbps. Universal Serial Bus (USB) ports support peripheral devices such as mice, keyboards, and other pointing devices in addition to some printers, scanners, telephony equipment, and monitors.

The memory address at which the transfer area between the computer’s main memory and NICs buffers begins, bounded by the size of its extent.
