Accelerator-multiplier model
Accelerator-multiplier model is an economic model which incorporates both the accelerator and multiplier effect: if government investment expenditure increases this will lead to an increase in consumer demand which itself leads to an increase in output which in turn will lead to a
further increase in investment. Also called multiplier-accelerator model.
