Consumer Credit Protection Act of 1968

Consumer Credit Protection Act of 1968 is prohibits employees from being terminated for garnishments for any one indebtedness. Although two or more do allow an employer to terminate, care should be exercised to prevent disparate impact if the employees being terminated are mostly women and minorities.
