Contractors authorized to accompany the force
Contractors authorized to accompany the force refers to contingency contractor employees and all tiers of subcontractor employees who are authorized to accompany the force in applicable contingency operations and have afforded such status through the issuance of a letter of authorization. Also called CAAF.
