Dynamic threat assessment

Dynamic threat assessment is an intelligence assessment that is developed by the Defense Intelligence Agency that details the threat, capabilities, and intentions of adversaries in each of the priority plans in the Joint Strategic Capabilities Plan.  Also called DTA.
