Learning set refers to one of the ranges of personal development tools that can be used for learning new methods of working, sharing experiences, and helping with solving problems. Like all other learning methods, it suits some individuals and not others, based on their different learning preferences, styles, and so on. This set includes a group of around five to eight individuals who agree for meeting together regularly for discussing work-associated issues or for developing skills in a sector of common interest. These sets give people time for exploring issues that they require for resolving in an empowering environment helping the people to get a solution- instead of being told what to do. Each member of this group also develops skills in listening, showing back what they heard, demonstrating compassion, questioning for helping the presenter understanding the issue more completely, and giving feedback.
