Mass customization

Mass customization is providing customers with a product when, where and how they want it. Mass customization requires flexible manufacturing techniques and continual customer dialogue. Technology plays an important role in both.

It also means the ability of a company to meet each customer’s requirements- to prepare on a mass basis individually designed products, services, programs, and communications.
