Receivables turnover

Receivables turnover is a measure of the liquidity of receivables during the period; computed by dividing net credit sales (net sales less credit sales) by average net receivables. Unless seasonal factors significant, average net receivables can be computed from the beginning and ending balances of the net receivables.

Receivables Turnover = Net Credit Sales ÷ Average Net Receivables
