Succession Planning

Succession planning- the ongoing process of systematically identifying, assessing and developing organizational leadership to enhance performance. Succession planning entails three steps: identifying key needs, creating and assessing candidates, and selecting those who will fill the key positions.


Succession Planning is a process through which senior-level openings are planned for and eventually filled.
