Taft-Hartley Act (1947)

The Taft-Hartley Act of 1947 known as the Labor Management Relations Act reflected the public’s less enthusiastic attitude towards unions. This law prohibited unfair union labor practices and enumerated the rights of employees as union members. It also enumerated the rights of employers.
