Termination at Will
Termination at will means that without a contract, either the employer or the employee could terminate at will the employment relationship. The employee can resign for any reason, at will, and the employer can dismiss an employee for any; reason at will.
Termination At Will is the idea, based in law, that the employment relationship can be terminated at will by either the employer or the employee for any reason.
