Sensitivity training is a form of individual counseling geared toward increasing self-awareness and sensitivity to others. It aims to assist key employees in developing their leadership skills surrounding issues of diversity and harassment prevention.

The hope is that any newfound sensitivity to one’s dealings with other people will carry over to other areas of life.
