Human Resource Management (HRM)

Human Resources Management is the process of acquiring, training, appraising, and compensating employees, and of attending to their labor relations, health and safety, and fairness concerns. It is the policies and practices involved in carrying out of the "people" or human resuorce aspects of a management position, including recruiting, screening, training, rewarding, and appraising.


Human resource management (HRM) is the process of acquiring, retaining, terminating, developing, and properly using the human resources in an organization.
